Authorize (1) a Local Project Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for a U.S. Department of Transportation - Federal Highway Administration 2015-2017 Highway Safety Improvement Program Grant (Agreement No. CSJ 0430-01-060, etc., CFDA No. 20.205) in the amount of $3,214,417.51 to design, upgrade, and construct nine traffic signals and associated on-system intersection improvements at: Scyene Road (SH 352) and Prairie Creek Road, Robert B. 30.
